CIRCULATION MANAGER: Great circulator and manager needed! The Union in Grass Valley, CA is currently seeking a Circulation Manager. Along with our 16k, 6-day a week core product, we are a 7 day distribution center for other products and potentially more. This position will be responsible for great leadership of a professional staff and working with 30-40 independent contractors. The circulation manager will successfully manage an expense budget and a revenue budget, as well as managing delivery of home delivered products and the newsstand copies to ensure proper customer service; manage postal relations with the post office, kiosk sales, relations with the printing division to coordinate deliveries to our carriers and bulk carriers and relations with product delivery contracts. The circulation manager will be responsible for preparing the yearly budget and our yearly circulation audits for our paid products, as well as developing and executing a marketing plan to grow our circulation for our paid products.
