This is a unique opportunity. The successful candidate must possess strong advertising sales experience and decisive leadership skills. The right person will understand how to lead weekly community newspapers. We need someone who knows the importance of - and enjoys - community involvement. You'll have the overall responsibility for driving advertising revenue sales and the day to day office operations. Solid leadership qualities are a must. You'll have 2 full time sales executives and 1 commission only sales executive reporting to you, you will also handle the advertising sales for the Cypress territory. You will over see 2 Editors, 1 full time production person, and 1 part time production person.
